Hi everyone! My name is Jessica Lehmkuhler and I joined Delta Sigma Pi the first semester of my freshman year. Ever since then it has been an incredible journey discovering all of the endless possibilities that are in store for me. I have a double major in Business Analytics and Information Management and am on the pre-law track. I am looking forward to attending law school post-grad and the support and resources I have gained from Deltasig have truly enhanced this experience.

As a Farmer student on a more nontraditional path, it has been a game changer to have my brothers mentor me towards the specific future that fits my personality and passion, even though it is not the easiest path to follow. Now that I have my feet firmly rooted in where I wish to take my professional career, I am able to give back to the younger brothers of the chapter. My story of data to law can teach those around me that if you truly want something to happen, any number of unique possibilities will get you there. 

Not only have I seen the genuine encouragement from my brothers in a professional light, but they have allowed me to embark on one of my greatest passion projects yet. In the Spring of 2023, I took the semester to participate in the Disney College Program, an exclusive group of students who live, work, and thrive at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Every brother knows how much of a Disney-adult I am and they were all so excited to see this opportunity come to fruition for me. They had fueled my drive to participate in one of my greatest passions and dreams.

Being a brother in Delta Sigma Pi is so much more than the professional mentorship or brotherhood comradery. For me, Deltasig is the place where passions can flourish, grow, and become a reality no matter how far out you dream. Being a brother in this organization has opened my eyes to the multitude of possibilities that await me outside of Miami University and every day I am so grateful to call this chapter home!
